A young man, leaning on his staff, looks intently at seven pentacles attached to a clump of greenery on his right; one would say that these were his treasures and that his heart was there.
These are exceedingly contradictory; in the main; it is a card of money, business, barter; but one reading gives altercation, quarrel — and another innocence, ingenuity, purgation.

Cause for anxiety regarding money which it may be proposed to lend.

Failure means lack of success, non-performance. Deterioration or decay, insolvency.
The Seven of Disks suggests borrowing money to finance a project. Coming up against obstacles to success. Hard work with no sign of success.
The Seven of Disks is called Failure. This suit gives the extreme of passivity; there is no positive virtue in it below the Abyss. This card is ruled by Saturn. Compare it with the three other Sevens; there is no effort here; not even dream; the stake has been thrown down, and it is lost. That is all. Labour itself is abandoned; every thing is sunk in sloth.

Emotions manifest in concrete fashion; a sacrament can be defined as an outward sign of an invisible or interior state. The creation of a sacrament which will bring to fruition some emotional involvement. For example, the purchase of a house can be viewed as an outward sign of emotional involvement in a social or biological family. Possible disappointment in the solid form love takes.

Money, riches, sums of money, also silver especially. Has to do with the moon and whiteness. Candour, innocence, purgation, purification. Business, barter. Reversed: Mental worries, suspicion, diligence, fear, mistrust, etc.
CONCLUSION
Friendship, concord, friendly relations and sympathetic, reliable and agreeable surroundings outside the family circle; profitable co-operation, advantage, good business, remuneration. Natural and rational outcome of what has been sown previously.
